Lindsey Coleman
Lindsey was born in the United
Kingdom. She began her career as
a professional dancer for the BBC,
Central TV and other various dance
companies worldwide. Lindsey decided
to leave her career as a dancer
to work for a major hotel company.
For several years, she organized
special events for foreign groups,
mostly French and Italian.
In 1995, Lindsey decided to make
an ambitious move to Italy to work
as a Representative for a large
British Tour Operator. During her
three years with them, Lindsey’s
responsibilities included: organizing
incoming tour groups, meet and greets,
problem-solving and customer service
activities. Then, Lindsey decided
to move on to free-lance as a local
tour leader and private chaperone.
During this time, Lindsey began
other pursuits…after many
requests from friends, she began
to organize weddings for others.
This sparked her passion for organizing
weddings and events and led to her
decision to launch Venice Events.
