From the Medieval to the Baroque visiting the osterie of the historical centre of Treviso "Treviso&Wine" is an enjoyable tour of the old "osterie" of Treviso, an undiscovered and under estimated treasure of the Veneto region.

Treviso is a city where culture, history and arts rule, and enriched the architecture of the city in many ways: Beautiful frescoed houses, majestic palaces, elegant arched streets, small hidden squares, picturesque water canals and narrow medieval alleys. Treviso also represents the pleasure of fine eating and drinking and the old "osterie" that we will take you to, will live up certainly to your expectations.

SCHEDULE
-Departure from the meeting point to Treviso
-Visit to the inner centre and to the most important and characteristic spots
-Tastings in four "osterie" (by Muscoli, by Biffy, by Trevisi, By I nanetti)
-Departure and return to the meeting point

THE TASTING INCLUDES
-One Wine of the Marca Trevigiana in each visited "osteria"
-One "cicchetto" that you can freely choose from the display window:
-Polenta bites with stockfish "mantecato" or "alla vicentina"
-Sarde in saor- (Pickled sardines with onions & pine nuts)
-Toasted bread slices with porchetta trevigiana(cured pork from the trevigiana region)
-Meat balls
