His pace was just right to see everything and explain things in good detail, but not too much. Very enjoyable tour with good audio in the Basilica.

It was at times hard to understand our guides accent but she did her best to make it all very interesting and entertaining. St. Mark's is breathtaking.

You can hear everything the rep. sayes because of the earpiece that you are provided with. It was very interesting the facts about the history not boreing at all. We did the one hour tour but would have liked to carry on to the Doge Palace mabe next time. Just a note if you have a drink in the square afterwards they charge extra to listen to the music it is 12euro + drinks.
