Daniela Rathnow

Daniela was born in Germany, however her family moved to New York when she was a child, and so she learned to read and write in English. Unfortunately, after 5 years, the American dream was over and she went back to Germany where she finished school and started her working life as a Kindergarten teacher. After realizing that Germany was not her country, she moved to Italy , learned Italian and started working in the Tourism.

She began work in Stromboli, Sicily, went on to Florence, where she did her Diploma in Hotel management and continued working in the hotel business in Florence, Lido di Camaiore and Venice. In 2008 she joined the Venice Tourist Board and worked in the different Information offices in Venice and Cavallino-Treporti, enjoying meeting all different kind of people and jumping from one language to the other.

This is when she meets Venice Events … She may be the latest member of the team but she brings a wealth of experience and strengths with the different languages she speaks.
